I came close to being like you, shortly after we lost to San Diego, especially having the big lead it was devastating to me. The team did seem bland at that point and it was heartbreaking to watch them lose close games.

In my case, despite deciding I wouldn't watch more games, I did anyway and I'm glad I did. This has been a fun team to watch since then, with the added excitement of seeing if/when Collinsworth would break the record. It has also been fun to watch the development of the Freshman bigs. This team can, at times, still be frustration to watch (see the first half of the last game, as an example) when they keep missing defensive assignments and can't hit a basket -- but then they play like they did in the second half.

It's been a fun season, and I'm holding out hope that they can beat Gonzaga once and that we'll see them in the NCAAs. As some of the national columnists have stated, this is a BYU team that could pull an upset; unfortunately, I'm thinking a lot of our chances there will depend on match ups.
