I just value defense more than you do.
We've always championed guys whose ability to put the ball in the hoop was elite. It makes sense. It's a very easy thing to discern when one player single handedly makes a game-winning play. But stopping the other team from scoring is just as important as putting the ball in the hoop in the grand scheme of things.
Kawhi last year, according to many advanced metrics, was a top-10 player.
