Do you even have any idea what stats go into making Hollinger's PER stat ? Maybe you should read up on that first. Yes, most analysts don't use box plus-minus because it doesn't take into account the number of minutes a player actually played. Leonard's box plus-minus last year can be discounted somewhat due to the fact he only playing in roughly 50% of his team's minutes. Leonard is not the Spurs best player. Not even close.
