I think that since he is the quickest player on the team, he probably succeeds in driving to the basket when playing against other members of our team during practice. But in big games, the off-ball defenders react quicker to his drives than his team-mates did in practice, so he sees a path that would have stayed open in practice, but closes during real games.

That being said, I think he has huge up side. I hope he stays and learns from his mistakes.
