It will not be free, my niece had better numbers than that

And my sister made right around 60k a year and it was still too expensive. Nothing is free.

She came down to UCLA and byu and chose ucla because they gave her full books and tuition room and board with $900 a month spending money. Byu offered her their top a schollarship.

Graduating undergrad with zero debt was big since she just finished medical school at USC.
