Howell has been the secondary coach since 2011
With Bronco running the D and Howell as the DB coach, BYU had the #3 overall defense in 2012. Our passing defense was #10 in the nation.
In 2011 our total defense was #13. Our passing defense was #32.
In 2013 when Bronco stopped running the defense was when our defense took a nose dive. The structure in 2015 is supposed to be the same as 2011 and 2012. Obviously we were very successful in those years. That's what makes Bronco think he can make it work with Howell coaching the DBs.
Never mind the actual facts, stats, and logic in my post. Obviously all you want to do is rant and complain, so carry on.
