my sleeve if I did wind up having to sell would be the fact that the builder cannot replicate the views these first few units offer. Also, since I'm downsizing, I will have a very small mortgage on this place (probably $50,000 or less), so I won't have financial pressure to sell, and any loss would be a bummer, but not a crippling blow.
