When I first went there, I thought, "I could make this at home and it would taste the same."
Which I guess is the point of the place. Everything is made fresh. Just as if your white, Utah-born grandma made tacos at home. Which is not what you expect when you go to get a fast-food taco.
It's extremely clean, fresh, and local. All good things.
And their large fry is extremely large (and good.) Their fresh strawberry and peach shakes (seasonal) are great, but very expensive.
It's a great place to support.
