What about playing talent now to win later? You can play a 5th year senior QB
who will get us 8-8 or play a true freshman who may get us 6 wins but will be the started next year. What do you do?
When you have to develop players, you can't just play the best player IMO (unless you have unlimited talent coming your way like Alabama).
