You, OTOH seem to equate firing Bronco with failure.

It appears after lat season that the only way BYU gets a new HC will be with a losing record. Feeling a new HC is necessary to win doesn't mean the board wants failure. It means the board wants to win and believes BYU will be better able to do that long term by making changes short term.
