I come from a developers role as I did dev work at the start of my career, but liked QA'ing instead.... thus the reason for the switch. So I do understand the position and being told that your code isn't working.

I've dealt with this situation before, however it was more face to face... which made it a lot easier to deal with. I'm just worried about having to do it over the phone and email.
