I don't think so. there are TONS of HUGE fans that don't even know about

cougarboard. I've been obsessed with BYU my whole life but never heard about cougarboard until after being in provo like 3 years. So i think it isn't reasonable to think cougarboard measures BYU's fan base at all. It's just a group of hardcore fans (and not even all of the hardcore fans).
