Pac then chooses 2 from Baylor(w/Texas)/TCU(4 team league in Texas)/BYU/CSU/BSU/UNLV/FSU/SDSU

ISU/KSU for sure left out.

I lived in Oklahoma for 3 years, Dallas another 3. They could split.
