hum noise, no lower temps, capacitor blown under power surge. Less than 200.00 for mine and HVAC even documented (always has them on the truck) on the device when it was installed. My HVAC people are great at documentation and have very detailed notes on our units. Also, highly recommend regular maintenance on all your HVAC equipment.
