I am all for giving him the opportunity if he works through an appropriate

process with Bronco and he is not convicted of the charges (jail time). He is responsible for any crimes he committed not his circumstances.

I think many are too easy in inventing excuses to justify why BYU athletes just need help and Utah athletes are hardened criminals whom Whit lets skate on through free of consequences.
