I don't think we should review the arrest report.
I think there is quite a bit of evidence to suggest that it is likely a stretch for West to be admitted to BYU.
Whatever happens with him, I wish him the best. CB should stop taking sides over this, hope for the best and move on without questioning what others seem to think (or not) about him.
A DUI is entirely different from what is suggested by the charges in the arrest report. I wish Charles West all the best and sincerely thank him for his LOI commitment to BYU but I seriously doubt we ever see him at BYU.
