Getting there as a member of BCS BE is not nearly the...
accomplishment as getting there as a true outsider like BSU, Utah, TCU, etc. In some of those years the BE representatives in the BCS bowls wasn't all that strong.
Looking at the list though, it's frustrating to see the teams that accomplished that goal, and BYU never has.
