But BSU, Utah, TCU, and even UCF have been impressive
I hate to admit it my they've done what they had to do.
And here's an interesting side item related to UCF. Before their great season where they qualified for a BCS bowl, it seems like USF was the more high profile of the two, and UCF is the one brought up in all the talk about expansion, with nary a peep about USF.
Apparently performance on the field can make a difference.
