The only thing that would make your statement stay true is if B12 does NOT

expand at all...meaning they will not spend the additional $20M for 2 other teams (they are not responsible for the entire $40M as Fox is an equal partner in the deal).

So basically all you are saying is if the B12 does not expand at all then ESPN will not spend more money - got it
