And it is totally fine to be a fair weather fan. Every fan base grows and
shrinks with success. Most fans are fair weather fans to be honest.
Just don't make claims about how tough it is to be a fan when you can't take the tough times. And thank the Lord above if your tough times are going to crappy bowl games and staying stuck around a top 40 team.
Things will probably be much worse over the next 5 years.
