It's worked great for me.

We actually bought a men's and a women's unit. The last of our kids graduated in December and we plan on keeping them. We have had no trouble whatsoever filling them pretty much just via word of mouth. I've had to drive down a couple of times a year from Salt Lake to fix things, but it hasn't been bad.
