Not questioning your son's experience, but I suspect that virtually every Provo management company that deals with students is going to have mostly negative review. I haven't had trouble with my tenants, but as a board member I sure see another side. Tons of whining and complaining about things over which we have no control or which are contrary to the property rules, rules which are in place due to insurance requirements, to protect the value of the property or to protect the students.

My experience from an owner's perspective is that Aspen Ridge does a pretty good job. If your son is in a condo their ability to maintain the unit could be limited by the $$ the owner is willing to spend on maintenance.
