That's never come up, they don't care about that. Accreditors care about how the students are taught, and don't really care about the topics of the research we do or don't do. All we do in my college related to research is put in how many publications we've got---that's it. But there's whole sections about diversity, multiculturalism, gender equity, and inclusion and so on that have to have evidence provided for it.
