It's good for the market that it serves. But there are some big disadvantages
as well. They aren't any cheaper than the other airlines, their schedule is funky, they don't have first class or premium service, aren't part of any codeshare alliances, and the zany flight attendants get old if you travel a ton.
The only thing I like is their no change fee policy. I wish the other carriers would do that.
