Southwest wasn't too bad when I used them
But then I never had to deal with the rush to get a decent seat since my company always let me book the business select fares.
With southwest it was rare that I would get a cranky flight attendant, with delta it was rare for a while that I would get a flight attendant in a good mood. They have improved a lot over the past year or so, but they still have a Quite a few cranky attendants.
