investment...get big boy money flowing into the program, and help them grow. If they had a couple of winning seasons and began to get a few wins against USC/UCLA and some good marketing was done on the program...You could certainly capture the market in SD and even start to make inroads into LA as the rebellious alternative to the local schools. It takes some vision and work to build it but I think you could make it work. I would have to be a 10 year vision.
