Didn't trust him. It created friction on the staff and was a bit toxic at times. There was a lack of trust between these coaches and martzen and it made it hard for him to work and be as effective as he needed to be.

With the new guy things are better. He has been a coach so the coaches trust him. They are all on the same page.

Is he as good as martzen? In some ways I don't think so but when you consider everything we are better off and so is he
