both times ('06, '12). I have had a great experience both times generally (Did have a hundred or so foam stick things thrown at me as I walked up the stairs to my seat in '12, but it was mostly in fun). My Dad on the other hand went to the '06 game with a client and he had a terrible experience. His clients were embarrassed about the things being said and directed towards the BYU fans in the section and my Dad will never go back.

So yes there are bad experiences, but why are so many fans 1. blind that bad experiences happen (even at BYU sometimes) and 2. that we need to prove there are bad experiences, it will only make it worse in my opinion.
