La Jara Farms, ironwood crossing, meridian, the new Fulton homes on Ellsworth, and the two other subdivisions by the high school. I think you're going to have to be patient and hope your realtor does a good job. Or drop the price to where you are supercompetitive.

By chance are you in the insurance world? Had a great guy leaving that lived there and is taking a job up in Utah. We will miss him because he was great.
