I've met a couple of good small dogs but in general I really dislike them. When I really think about it, I think my distaste comes more from the people who often own them than the dogs themselves.. these are the types of people who are mentioned here i.e. bringing them to stores, carrying them in purses, letting them relieve themselves in inappropriate places, etc.
