is tiny that don't have to discipline them or teach them manners and boundaries.
I love dogs more than most people, but 90% of small dogs I've been around have been absolute nightmares - biting, barking, urinating, no discipline - and it's 100% the fault of the owners.
The other 10% can be awesome little dogs. That's also 100% to the credit of the owners as for teaching and disciplining their dog well.
But either away, unless they are an actual service dog that performs an actual service for a person with an actual disability, 100% of them do NOT belong in a store, especially near people's food.
