I like carbs, I like fat, and I eat all of it. I just reduce portion sizes. It isn't rocket science. And I love milk too, I drink about 2-3 gallons a week. However, there isn't something magic about whole vs skim vs 2%. It's calories in, calories out. And yes certain types of foods make you feel fuller than others, but in the end it comes down to your will power and ability to control yourself.
