I went years without regularly drinking milk except
With dessert. After I lost all my weight, I started drinking 3-6 glasses of whole milk a day to keep my protein consumption up to avoid losing muscle mass with all the cardio I do. It seems to be working. My favorite is a 16oz glass of whole, chocolate milk with two scoops of protein powder.
