Or 12oz+ steak each night for dinner with a heaping amount of roasted vegetables. For lunch I'll either do the same protein plus chocolate milk drink or a protein bar.

I think the problem is more the added sugars and saturated fats.

Milk is a fine source of protein and fat... the sugar isn't optimal but not that
