Since you do a lot of cardio this probably doesn't matter, but there are much
better ways to keep your protein consumption up without having to eat all of the fat found in whole milk.

I think the problem is more the added sugars and saturated fats.

Milk is a fine source of protein and fat... the sugar isn't optimal but not that
