I didn't find anything when I did an arrested persons search...

If he was cited and arrested he would have shown up here: http://www.co.utah.ut.us/Dept/Sheriff/Corrections/InmateSearch.asp

That doesn't mean that he wasn't ticketed but if he was arrested he would have shown up here most likely.
