iirc, Chad was a freshman that year (and a walk-on too, right? )
He was the only BYU player that responded to the Utes trying to pull down that goal post (others did follow after he ran back down the field). I thought it was really cool that he stood up to them and more or less single-handedly stopped them.
That was the day Chad Lewis became one of my all-time favorite players.
