NU had the ball on 3rd down and was winning 13-7 w/ :55 seconds left in the game. Illinois had no timeouts and NU threw an incompletion. On 4th down and on the 30 yd line or so they threw another incompletion, and left :51 on the clock.
Illinois promptly marched down the field and scored a TD w/ :10 left.... If NU runs it on 3rd down the game is over.
