Are you willing to bet the farm? How many seasons, how many coaches, how much risk will you endure for that promised land you think is out there? A new guy could come in an it could be magic. But...a new guy could come in and be Charlie Strong...

All things being equal, do you take one Crowton in the hopes of getting Lavell? Two Crowtons? What are you willing to put on the table?
