In my experience

The Provo location is not what it used to be, but the Layton location (been there 3 times) is an absolute hole, with terrible food, and terrible service.

Even though Provo isn't what it was 20 years ago, I still enjoy going there. Probably from a sense of family tradition, and I stick to what I know I will like.
