it had the possibility of being "given". Looked like a called fake QB handoff misdirection (back goes right, QB goes left) except that the left side was double stacked on DB's (a DE and CB behind him).

But like I said it might have been a read option but generally those don't have the misdirection give one direction and a keep in the opposite direction at least in this O that I've seen.
