Not sure I want Matt Wells
I don't think he has really proven anything yet. IN fact, his hire of Weber calls his hiring skills into question.
Yes, he had one good year after Andersen left -- Crowton had a good first year, too. I think the next couple of years show if Wells is a good coach and, at least based on the first half of this year, things seem to be trending down.
