Utah is not a national program.

These are the national programs:

USC.
Texas.
Alabama.
Michigan.
Ohio State.
Notre Dame.
Oklahoma.
Nebraska
LSU
Florida St.
Florida
Auburn

Utah isn't one of these programs. One month of success doesn't suddenly make Utah a national program. Go win a few NCs and two or three Heismans, and you'll rise to that group.
