Cal will beat Utah because cal is better than utah.
UW has a better Defense than utah by a large margin. Cal took it to washington with 480 yards of offense. Utah hasn't played a team with an offense nearly as good as cal's offense is.
This is going to be a shootout and I'll take cal's offense every day of the week over utah's offense.
