Our front court will be light years better with a healthy Nate Austin, an improved/more experienced Corbin Kaufusi, and the addition of Davis and Aytes.

Austin is a fantastic rebounder and plays tough D...we're lucky he returned to BYU...as a walk-on...on his own dime. It baffles me that Nate continues to be so underappreciated by so many cougar fans.

Davis is the best big man in the program. His game is very complete. He will likely average well into the double figures in scoring, and he could easily be our second leading rebounder.

Even without Haws, our guard lineup remains formidable with KC, Fischer, Chatman, Emery, Toolsen, etc. Any number of guys (KC, Fischer, Davis, Aytes, emery, even Chatman) could score in the double figures on any given night.

This team is also a better defensive unit than last year's squad.

Overall, I think this will be Dave Rose's best team since the end of the Jimmer Era. I really like this team's potential.
