The janitors have no idea who makes messes in the bathroom with TP

To say nothing of poop symbols... How are you supposed to take action? Cameras in the bathrooms? That would fly like a lead zeppelin...

These complaints of "not doing enough" always run me the wrong way. What should have been done? It's always easy to be an armchair QB, but substantially discussing issues isn't.
