Oklahoma getting into the CFP can possibly help our cause.
I know this has been discussed before, but if Oklahoma gets in the CFP without a CCG, the other conferences may be mad and vote down their waiver for a CCG.
More than likely it would be best if the Big12 was left out of the CFP, but there is a possibility it benefits us as well.
If I'm in a 14 team conference with a CCG, and some team in a ten team conference without a CCG gets in over me, I would be mad.
There is no denying that the possibility of being undefeated or finishing with one loss is much easier in the Big12 versus the SEC, Big Ten, or Pac12.
