gain guys that didn't fit in at bigger schools. Some kids will leave Kentucky because they couldn't cut it, but would still be a star at Creighton. It doesn't really effect too many kids as a kid at Loyola Marymount is not going to transfer to UCLA to sit on the bench. It only applies to the really good players and there are very few of them that would be able to get major minutes at an elite program.
