Your five points do not justify his salary and compensation plan.
Regarding #3. Rarely makes same mistakes twice????
He makes 101 game management mistakes nearly every game. He hasn't improved here in 11 seasons. There are plenty of other mistakes he's made several times. And the bigger problem is that he's too stubborn to fix them.
Regarding #4 & #5 - His job is too win...doing it right is part of the job, but not the primary responsibility.
