I think there's a 3rd category of BYU fans called realists
Neither haters or apologists for Bronco. They recognize the inherent challenges of a school with an honor code and how different the rest of the world is than in the 70's/80's. They recognize Bronco is imperfect. They recognize a change could possibly be good or possibly be bad. They are split on which one has more positives than the other. I currently stand just a hair on the change would be bad side. I was born in 87. 1st game I remember watching is the opener in 96 v A&M. I was 9.
